We havetaken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and all products are fairly described.

To reduce fraudulent use of customer credit cards, all orders are accepted at our discretion and are subject to various security checks. In most cases, we will ship to any convenient address but we reserve the right to decline your order.

We are not obliged to supply the goods until we have confirmed acceptance of your order.

All products are supplied subject to availability.

We aim to despatch goods within 3 working days from receipt of your order. In the event that we are unable to despatch the item ordered within these 3 days we will inform you as soon as possible. All images of products on this site are for guidance only.

All prices include local taxes, such as VAT at the current rate.

Returns Policy

Note: Defective goods will be replaced free of charge or a full refund provided on return. Goods clearly damaged before reciept, for example, when arriving in damaged packaging from the post office must not be accepted. Ask the delivery agent to return to IGT.You are responsible for any costs incurred in returning goods within the 14 days. If the return is due to an error or defect we will happily refund the delivery charges.

To return an item, please contact IGT, using the contact details above. State the reason for return along with your contact details, we will contact you with the quickest way to proceed. For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We cannot give refunds if items are damaged in transit from us and signed for as "received in good condition"
